Cut Sequence Readiness Checklist

Before taking an optimized layout to the saw:

• Confirm the sheet dimensions and unit system.
• Verify blade kerf and edge-trim allowances.
• Lock grain-sensitive parts against rotation.
• Mark each part on the material before cutting.
• Plan how large pieces will be supported.
• Keep a printed or offline copy of the sequence.
• Stop and re-measure if the real stock differs from the plan.
